    After failing to win a single conference game last season, the Lady Knights crushed Mercy College, 82-43, Saturday in their first league-game of the year and have set their sights on high goals.     The women’s basketball team’s season is well underway and they appear to have a bona fide court general and top scorer in the conference leading the charge on a hopeful road to success. Bria Jackson, a former two-time first team member and two-time tournament team player at Rush-Henrietta High School, has brought her talent and leadership to the Ladys Knights’ locker room.     Knights stunned in final seconds, NYIT draw eliminates team from playoff contention

    Captain Danny Stoker’s late game heroics was short-lived after NYIT tied the score of the regular season’s final game during its final seconds, ending the playoff hopes of the men’s soccer team on Oct. 27.
